HI there team, following are my suggestions on how the onboarding and UX can be improved on the app.
  • After funding the wallet, when the user clicks on International Remittance there should be an option to select MAX and a slider to select a percentage of the available balance, and display the final amount in both INR and USD after the fee deduction.
  • Improvements can be made on the Fees display as well, for example used the international remittance feature and paid 35$ fixed cost + 1% fees, though was not able to find the same on the google sheet displaying the fees breakdown here - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fCjSD68_KK8jixt6HFN25SryCbyt6og-5mJ66tBxYoI/edit?gid=0#gid=0 , though it was not an issue for me as from the looks of it platform lost money on the fees and not me, or i am simply missing something.
  • Communicating the status of the withdrawal, after a user has initiated the withdrawal there should be an email sent to them with the status and the total breakdown of the process adds personalisation and increases trust and enable users to download the payment status from the website.
  • Probably a feature to link an invoice created for the payment being processed, where a user can upload the invoice or is redirected to create an invoice on your platform when they choose to use International Remittances.
  • For website, rename "Write feedback" to testimonials, and give me dark mode please.
